Under new ownership as of November 2014. Hours are 10a-6p Spring (Summer 'til 9p). Call ahead for closing hours since we visited on a Monday and they closed at 4p. Most sandwich combos (large drink, homemade side, and pickle spear) priced between $10-$11.50. Homemade side options are coleslaw, potato chips, or potato salad. Made with Boars Head deli meats and cheeses. Fresh soft bread varieties. Sandwiches are piled high with meat. I had the Artisan Grilled Chicken and the grilled chicken breast was juicy and tender. Topped with crispy bacon and melted provolone made it beyond delicious. My husband had the deli meat filled Yankee Stadium and it was an absolute home run. Homemade chips and coleslaw were very good sides. The owner took the time to come out and check on us. He talked about how he came to live in the area and his vision for the business since he took over back in November. I love to hear the passion of others as they talk about their craft. You can tell he loves crafting delicious mouth watering sandwiches that anyone will be sure to be pleased with. It's a great combination that promises to keep serving up quality meals every time in this quaint location. If you are in Pawley's Island, check out this small family owned business serving up belly satisfying sandwiches and soon to be more. PS- There is a creamery inside as well and we made sure to take a scoop to go. I enjoyed my scoop of coconut kisses.

We had the New Yorker, Reuben, and French Dip. All were delicious! The hand cut fries and homemade chips were perfect sides. Too much to eat in one sitting. The couple that runs the place were so friendly and talked to us for awhile. She even brought my mom a surprise banana split for her birthday!

Great little mom and pop deli. Boars head products. Home made potato chips (awesome). A hidden gem. Worth a visit....And then another visit.... And then another visit! Has ice cream too. Super friendly owners. This place doesn't disappoint.

Located in the shops just west of the original Hammock Shops, this little deli sits on the corner position and it's a gem, folks. We walked down to find the owner having his coffee, nothing prepped but he was still cooking breakfast to order for anyone who stopped in and is one of the friendliest folks you'll ever meet. Great coffee, deli meats, sandwiches, sweet goods, cheeses and the like. The star of this show is not the Boar's Head deli meats and whatnot. It's the OWNER'S own slow-roasted top round, which is so beautifully rare and fragrant that it makes Boar's Head stuff look like dog chow. He does a truly masterful job on beef and we actually bought an additional cooler from the Dollar Store down the road, just so we could take some of his roast beef home with us. I highly recommend this place based on pure friendliness and fine work on the details that matter in a small deli; well worth your time and money.
